Tulipwood Land Estate is proudly being developed by Orian Property Group.  The estate consists of 4 stages with stages 1 and 2 being completed by March 2021.  Stage 3 and 4 will be complete May 2021. All stages will comply with the federal building boost grant.

Development Update – October 2020

The retaining walls are now completed along with bulk earthworks which will now allow the curbing and roads to be commenced.  These will take place starting at the entry of Jeanette Avenue mid to late October 2020.
